1. What is your turnaround time?
Our turnaround time is roughly two weeks from the time of the shoot to you receiving your photos, this allows for proper editing, downloading and getting the specials memories to you. This time frame may vary in busy periods, but you will be notified before the shoot if this is the case.
2. What if I don’t like my photos?
I want to capture some incredible memories for you and your family. If it’s an editing issue and something I can fix, example from black and white to colour, please let me know and I will do everything I can!
My portfolio will give you the best representation of my photography style and can be viewed by following the link in the above tab. I am dedicated to providing you with incredible photos so please discuss with me prior if there are any styling options you wish to include.
3. How many photos will I get?
I generally take 200 photos roughly throughout a standard session, but as you can understand not all of them is of the upmost quality. You can expect to receive a minimum of 25 edited images from the shoot.
4. If I want to make larger sizes from the photos you provide, will they lose any of their quality?
No, they won’t, I shoot and edit my photos to the highest quality possible, pixelated for all sizes; canvas to postcard size. However, as with any issue, if you have any problems with the photos at all, please contact me so I can sort it out.
5. How far are you willing to travel?
I am happy to travel to you or to a location of your choice. Travel fees may apply to areas outside of Southeast Queensland, please contact me to discuss this further!
6. How are your photos and videos packaged?
Photo are uploaded to an easily accessible online drive that allows you to download all images easily and to print the images at your leisure.
7. What happens in the case of bad weather?
If mother nature decides she doesn’t want to behave we can move the shoot to an alternative date. Bad weather can’t be helped; however we are usually aware of weather issues before we start shooting.
